Remote Viewing #2: The City
Last night I visited a city that does not exist. Guided by the ghosts of Borges and Debord I patrolled its empty streets. I didn't see a soul.
The faded rose wallpaper was a manifesto for the surreal in urbanism, a symbol of the untapped potential that lay hidden in the decrepit corners of the city. The abandoned neighborhood outside was a blank canvas, waiting to be transformed into something extraordinary. We reject the notion that the world must be mundane, and instead embrace the strangeness and beauty that lies just beneath the surface.
The alchemist, with his talk of transmutation and transformation, is the key to unlocking the secrets of the city. We must tap into the power of the philosopher's stone, using it to transmute the negative experiences of the city into the gold of positive change. Through the manipulation of language, we can create a new reality, one that is full of wonder and possibility.
The world is a cut-up, but through careful arrangement, we can create a new kind of order. We reject the notion of coincidence and embrace the power of synchronicity, using it to create a new kind of urbanism, one that is imbued with a sense of magic and possibility. We call upon the dead to communicate with the living, to help us unlock the mysteries of the universe.
